Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To make your shopping experience convenient, Label Vrinda Mohta offers the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

 

Serviceable Areas

Cash on Delivery is available only for serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. If your pin code is not eligible for COD service, the order will need to be completed through an online payment method.

 

Payment at Delivery

For all COD orders, payment must be made to the courier partner at the time of delivery before opening the package. The package cannot be opened without completing the payment.

 

Package Condition

If the outer package appears to be open, tampered with, or damaged, we strongly recommend not accepting the order and informing us immediately.

 

COD Charges

A Cash on Delivery fee of ₹200 is applicable on all COD orders.
